Hi all, Agent Zero here with a great UFO report from Alison in Ventura County, California:

“I don’t know if this is going to be really exciting. But back in 1997 my boyfriend Mark and I were camping near Dolan Springs, NV, which is not too far from Las Vegas. We were out in the high desert which is really pretty and really empty; we were the only people for miles around.

“So on the second night we were out there, it was late at night and we were getting ready to, well, start ‘getting busy’. We were laying on a sleeping bag, and Mark was facing up, looking at the sky. I hear him say ‘what the …’ and I realize that this giant shadow is falling over us. I looked up and saw what Mark was seeing. It’s hard to say what we saw. It looked like this big black nothingness. It was triangle-shaped, a giant triangle covering up the sky. Totally silent.

“It just sat there like that for about ten minutes, I think. We were sitting there, not wearing much, staring at the sky. Or lack of sky. I started to get cold and pulled some blankets around us.

“Then the thing starts moving real slowly. It was still completely silent. Then it started going faster. All of a sudden it starts moving pretty fast, hard to say how fast, and Mark jumps up and starts chasing it.

“I remember thinking, ‘we’re in the middle of nowhere and Mark is chasing a big black sky thing, stark naked.’

“When we got home a few days later, we found out about the Phoenix lights. I’m sure we saw the same thing, even though I don’t remember noticing any lights, just blackness. Maybe it was too close to us. I think it was maybe about 100 feet above us, although I don’t know for sure.”
