Apparently the denizens of San Diego are as clueless as I am about the urban phenomenon of shoes dangling from wires. Wha? You know what I’m talking about. A pair of shoes, laces tied together to keep them from coming apart, thrust skyward, hang precariously on a wire (telephone, electrical, etc.), usually over a street. In this case, a shoe and a frying pan were hitched.
So what does it all mean? No idea. Ask the Fun Lovin’ Criminals.
